An Alexander's technician will inspect your carpet prior to cleaning, and will notify you of any issues that may be of concern. Sun damage, color stains, fraying of carpet, heavy traffic patterns. Depending on the method of carpet cleaning that will be used, the technician will pre-spray your carpet and then clean. We also provide air movers to promote faster drying of the carpet.
